I wanted to do something combining Responsive Classroom with Balanced Literacy but now I'm rethinking. It might be too complicated to focus on combining both rather than just focusing on one of the two. I will most likely make my goal to incorporate conferencing into my guided reading. That seems more manageable and will still push me to try something new.
